Our bistro is in a charming little side street, away from the busy pedestrian zone. You’re sure to love its unique architecture and the amazing mountain view of Monte Baranci.
You can relax on our sunny terrace and sip a refreshing Aperol Spritz, and then enjoy some of our freshly prepared local dishes.

Our menu is different every day.
Our bistro features a stylish lounge with large windows, the perfect place to sit and drink a delicious aperitif after a day spent hiking with friends.
Something you’re sure to notice here is our love of nature and sustainable living. There are plants, wood and natural stone all around you. Indeed, nature is present in every form: in the indoor plants, in the large herb garden out on the sunny terrace, in the petrified wood panels, and in the designs etched into the stone of the outer wall. Even our toilets are decorated with plant-based motifs.

Our Street Food:

In recent years, this has become a global phenomenon and we’d like our guests to be able to enjoy it as well.
Street Food is not the same as Fast Food. “Street Food” consists of typical local food, cooked and served from an outside stall.
It’s the ideal solution if you feel peckish during the day! So, that’s what we’re offering.
During the summer, we’ll serve you freshly prepared sandwiches filled with tasty local ingredients specialities, delicious speck and cheese platters, crispy “farmer’s toast”, stuffed pretzels, and much more.
But we don’t only offer you treats in terms of food; we also serve freshly squeezed fruit juices and delicious smoothies. They are a great restorative after a day out in the mountains.
Street Food is about more than eating and drinking. It’s a great way to meet people and have a chat. You can do this on our big outdoor terrace.
We’d be delighted if you decide to spend some time with us.
Homemade gelato:

Small but delicious! In 2017, 2018 and 2019, “Gambero Rosso” singled out our gelato as one of the top three in South Tyrol. We’re very proud of this achievement!
During the summer, you too will have the chance to try our scrumptious gelato in various flavours.
You’ll find our ice cream cart in the pedestrian zone, right next to the entrance to our shop. You can choose whether to have your gelato in a cone or cup. And if you just can’t decide between all our tempting flavours, we’ll make you up a tray with the full assortment.
And if you’d like the perfect accompaniment, we can prepare you one of our bowls of fresh or dried fruit.

The Wachtler Story
The Wachtlers have always been great adventurers. They were among the first to climb the Dolomites and when they first saw skis being used in Nordic countries, they were very enthusiastic about this new way of travelling.
